Workshop Cancellation Policy (aka the not-so-fun but important bit)
We totally get that life happens - but because our workshops are small, and lovingly run by independent artists, last-minute changes can really impact us.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the workshop:
We won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule, but we’ll do our best to fill your spot. If someone else books it, you’ll get the chance to rebook for another date. Win-win!
If you cancel with more than 48h notice:
You can either reschedule for a future session or request a refund.
Large bookings (6+people) or private events can request a refund for 50% of the oriningal price and remaining 50% will be given as a credit note/gift voucher for future purchases.
If we have to cancel:
Sometimes we might need to pull the plug—due to illness, low bookings, or the unexpected (hello, life). If that happens, you’ll get the choice of a full refund, a gift voucher, or moving your booking to another date.
