Studio hire for following dates and times:
3.10.2026 2:30-5:30pm
Total cost is £75 divided to 2 payments
1st payment is £38 payable asap and non refundable
2nd payment is £37 due on the day of the workshop
Studio hire & what is included
Studio hire includes exclusive use of the space for the duration of your booking. Tables, chairs, crockery and use of the kitchenette are included. Crafting materials and other non listed studio equipment are not included unless agreed in advance. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, refreshments and drinks.
Sockets to plug in glue gun etc are ok.
Booking Time
Your booked hire period must include all set-up, event and clean-up time. Please make sure you allow enough time to prepare and leave the studio ready for the next booking. Access to the studio before your booked start time cannot be guaranteed, and the space must be vacated by the end of your booking.
Capacity
The studio has a maximum capacity of 12 seats/ 12 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior agreement.
Cleaning & Rubbish
Please leave the studio clean, tidy and in the same condition you found it. Tables should be cleared and any rubbish generated during your hire should be disposed of appropriately.
Decorations
You are very welcome to decorate the space for your event. Please avoid anything that could damage or mark walls, furniture or studio fittings.Confetti, glitter and similar difficult-to-clean decorations are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Alcohol
Guests aged 18+ are welcome to bring their own alcoholic drinks for private events. Alcohol is not provided as part of the studio hire.
Damage & Breakages
Please take reasonable care of the studio, furniture and equipment during your booking. Any damage or breakages should be reported before leaving.The person making the booking is responsible for any significant damage caused by their group and may be charged for repair or replacement where appropriate.
Cancellations
Cancellations and changes to studio hire bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. Please check the terms provided at the time of booking before confirming your hire. By booking the studio, you agree to follow these hire guidelines and take responsibility for your group during your booking.
